How do I contact Tapes Supply?

What happens if an item is out of stock?
If some of the items are out of stock at the time of your order, we will ship the in stock items immediately and the remaining items will ship as soon as stock is replenished. No additional fees will be applied.

Can I cancel/change my order once it has been placed?
Tapes Supply will change/cancel your order contingent on the situation of the order. For further information, please contact our Customer Service at (786) 477-3489.

What are the charges for shipping & handling?
All orders over $75 will qualify for free ground shipping if they are shipped to an address in the 48 contiguous United States. For further information on shipping, please read our shipping policy.

How do I know when my order has shipped?
Once you have place an order a confirmation email will be sent altogether with your receipt. A following email will be sent to update your order with your shipping information where a tracking number will be provided.

What if my tape arrived damaged?
Tapes Supply ensures that your order will be securely pack; however, in the case should you receive an order with damaged items, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a credit or replacement.

What is Tapes Supply return process?
To return an item please contact us within 30 days after receiving your shipment and read our return policy.

Do Tapes Supply ships to APO/FBO and international locations?
Tapes Supply will ship to APO and FBO addresses; however, certain items will be restricted because of their size or quantity order. International Shipping is available and may incur in additional fees depending on where the item is going to be shipped. Please contact us for further information.

Does Tapes Supply charge sales tax?
Tapes Supply will collect tax from orders that are placed and delivered in the state of Florida.

How do I know it is safe to use my credit/debit card?
We take the protection of your personal and payment information very seriously. Payment information is protected using SSL encryption, so only Tapes Supply can access a purchaser’s information. We do not retain or store credit card information after a transaction has been processed.

What does Tapes Supply do with your information?
Information such as billing & shipping address, email address, and phone number are used to verify credit card purchases with your financial institution and to keep you updated on any changes made to your order. We do not sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of the information you provide us, with exception to the financial institution that processes your payment and the shipping carrier that delivers your order. Marketing and promotional emails are only sent with your permission (opt-in).

Do Tapes Supply offer special pricing for high-volume customers?
Yes, corporate and commercial clients are eligible for special pricing discounts through our high-volume pricing programs. Please contact us for high-volume special pricing.

What if I forget my password?
When you look at the top of the page click on the button “sign in” and then ‘forgot your password?’ below the email and password boxes. Fill in your email address, click ‘submit’ and an email will be sent to you containing your password.

Can I change my password?
Yes, to change your password, log in to your account using the sign in button at the top of the page. You will be redirected to the account information page, and you can change your password by entering your current password and then new password, and click ‘Submit’.
